Lesson 969 – Quotable Chicks

Friday’s Quotes for the Chicks

I spent the day driving to Norwich University to pick up my son so he could spend the weekend at home. It was slushy, it was rainy, it was slippery and foggy but in the end it was worth it, he’s home.

As a direct result of Addy not being able to find the crockpot recipe I texted her to start at lunchtime, when I got home at 4:30, I had to do a little bit of improvising for dinner. Monday’s post will show you what I did there.

Also, I was able to see the proofs for an article I wrote for Backyard Poultry on people who dress their chickens, just *wait* until you see it! Really like the layout, plenty of gorgeous photos.

Take care and enjoy the weekend, I know I will.
